Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 – A Tight Squeeze, also known as Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze, or simply Chapter 1, is the first installment of Poppy Playtime. It was released on October 12, 2021.
The chapter revolves around an unnamed ex-employee, referred to as The Player, of a toy-manufacturing company named Playtime Co., who returns to the abandoned toy factory after the company's staff mysteriously disappeared a decade ago.

Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2 – Fly in a Web, also known as Chapter 2: Fly in a Web, or simply Chapter 2, is the second installment of Poppy Playtime. It was released on May 5, 2022.
The plot of the chapter continues after the end of Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze, in which The Player released Poppy from her confinement within a glass box. Now, they must find a way to escape the Playtime Co. factory.

Poppy Playtime: Chapter 3 – Deep Sleep, also known as Chapter 3: Deep Sleep, or simply Chapter 3, is the third installment of Poppy Playtime. It was released on January 30, 2024.
The plot of the chapter continues after the end of Chapter 2: Fly in a Web, where The Player is stranded alone after the train crash. Alongside a new ally, The Player must travel within Playcare to try and restore power to the Gas Production Zone. However, they need to get through the horrors within the orphanage, all led by the most devoted follower of the Prototype.

Poppy Playtime: Chapter 4 – Safe Haven, also known as Chapter 4: Safe Haven, or simply Chapter 4, is the fourth installment of Poppy Playtime. It was released on January 30, 2025.
The plot of the chapter continues after the end of Chapter 3: Deep Sleep, where after The Player has discovered their answer and Kissy is attacked after being left behind, they and Poppy Playtime continue forward. With help from a new ally, Doey the Doughman, they can begin their plan to kill The Prototype, all while the mastermind behind so many of the horrors finally emerges.

Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5 - Broken Things, also known as Chapter 5: Broken Things, or simply Chapter 5, is the fifth installment of Poppy Playtime. It released on February 18, 2026.
The plot of the chapter continues after the end of Chapter 4: Safe Haven, where The Player has a run-in with Huggy Wuggy and Kissy and Poppy have been imprisoned by Lily Lovebraids. With the help of Giblet and Chum Chompkins, they can finalize their plan to destroy The Prototype and end the torment once and for all.
